The Cellar offers locally caught seafood and other American cuisine. All of our dishes are presented in a cutting edge format using only the freshest of Caribbean ingredients. It has a style unique to St. Thomas, more typically found in New York or San Francisco. Local clientele and tourists seeking a dining adventure are wowed by beautiful dark wood, flickering candlelight and art worthy plate presentations. The food exceeds all expectation, as well. From fresh grouper and mahi mahi to Kobe beef and foie gras, dinner is always a culinary delight. Guests can share small plates, simply have a glass of wine, or go as far as a Chef's Tasting Menu with up to eight courses.
Our extensive wine list, carrying bottles from around the globe, compliments these magnificent creations perfectly. We are the wine and food pairing destination of the Caribbean. Saturday nights we feature a raw seafood bar with fresh shucked oysters, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and many other fruits of the sea. Wine and food tastings are held monthly (call for details).
