This is the second time that we have stayed at Princess Heights in less than a year. The resort is fantastic. Small, quiet, and very intimate. Great sunrises and a fantastic view of St. Barths. The resort is not on the beach, but it is a very very short walk to the beach. Should be no problems for most people. The front desk folks are just great as our the housekeeping people. The groundskeepers keep the property in tip-top shape. We are thinking of returning again late this year, and of course we will be staying here again...Enjoy...Cindy and Dave

We have just experienced a wonderful vacation in St. Maarten at Princess Heights by Dawn Beach.We have travelled to many places around the world and stayed at some very nice hotels. After experiencing Princess Heights on St. Maarten, we thought it was important for us to post a review about this property.Princess Heights is such a quaint property offering fabulous deals for luxurious accommodations! We definitely stayed in a 5 star property where we received 5 star service, but we paid a very reasonable price!The suites are absolutely beautiful. They are extremely spacious, great furniture, well kept, immaculately clean and even have marble flooring! The views are breathtaking - We just love the great ocean views from the accommodations of Dawn Beach, and we can not say enough about the staff members...They truly have taken care of all of our requests with efficiency and professionalism.The Management truly goes out of their way to make your feel welcome...We arrived around 8:00 PM to the property, tired after a long day of travel...Waiting for us in the suite was a wonderful plate with deli meats, cheese and French Bread (all compliments of management). Mr. Lee, General Manager, explained to us that all arrivals in the evening received this complimentary platter. Well, we kicked off our shoes, popped open a bottle of wine and enjoyed...It was a wonderful way to start our vacation!The property is not located directly on Dawn Beach, but the walk is very short. The beach is one of our favorite beaches on the island.We just can not say enough about this property since it is one of the best vacations we have ever had in a very long time...St. Maarten & Princess Heights is definitely our little piece of paradise in the Caribbean.
