We had a White Sand drink and forgot to note the recipe, I believe it was on the wall. Anyone have this? If so please email to crmoores@stny.rr.com
Thank you!

Jambe de Bois is our very favourite place in St Lucia. Great food company and feel to the place. A super relaxing envirnment. Also enjoy 'Lulu' and band on Saturdays. Best wishes - The Turtles.

Do not judge the food and welcome by the very rustic nature of this cafe. It has charm and a real homely island feel. It is a cafe - with very good food, reasonable prices, waterviews and friendly service.

From the beautiful, quiet location at the foot of Pigeon Island, to the excellence of the drinks, the book exchange corner, and the simple niceness of the owner, everything at Jambe de Bois makes it, much more than simply a restaurant with simple yet good Caribbean food, a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends. Of note are the '2-4-1' cocktails: order one, get a second one free. A wonderful place, I tell you.
