Moorish arches, tile work, a terrace with orchids, waiters with embroidered fezes and vests.... all this is just to set the atmosphere for the best Middle Eastern fare on the island. Hummus, not butter, comes with the pita bread. A perfect starter is a mixed plate that includes everything from baba ghanouj to stuffed grape leaves. Main courses run the gamut from shrimp to paella. Desserts include baklava, orange soufflé, and ginger flan.
